Happy Memorial Day!

We went to the parade this morning and you can guess Tyler's favorite part of the event...

Sabrina's best Memorial Day pose, she was a wiggly worm!

Tree Climbing

Tyler has discovered that he can easily climb the Japanese Maple in our front yard. He loves climbing the tree and he looked so cute I had to take a picture. He's been getting all kinds of scrapes on his chest, belly and legs from climbing. When he gets up a few branches, then he gets stuck and calls for me to come retrieve him!

Happy Mother's Day!

We went to Longwood Gardens for Mother's Day weekend this year. We picked a beautiful day to enjoy the park, it was sunny and 70 degrees. Nona and Papa came with us and enjoyed spending time with the kids. Tyler loved the tree houses and both the kids really loved the children's garden.

Catching a quick water break before running off to find Tyler.

Daddy having words with Tyler for not wanting to have his picture taken.

Sabrina LOVED painting water on the walls.

Tyler and Sabrina really liked this one area where there were all kinds of instruments to play in the children's garden.

The best family photo we could get... speaks volumes!

Playdough Fun

Tyler and Sabrina's favorite activity lately has been getting out the playdough. Tyler grew disinterested for a long time and then rediscovered it a few weeks ago. Sabrina loves playing with him at the kitchen table and, so far, she is not trying to eat it like her brother used to do at her age!

Long Beach

We got to take a weekend trip out to Long Beach before Easter this year and the weather was beautiful! We had a nice time visiting Aunt Ann and the kids spend a lot of time outside in the fresh ocean air.

Went to the Children's Museum in Garden City with the kids and Aunt Ann and all had a very nice time. We could have stayed a few more hours at the museum to see everything, but the little ones were fading fast. The kids loved the bubble room and the music room the most.

We couldn't get our little dancer out of this room, they had tribal beat music playing and she was just having a grand old time beating on the drums and dancing.
