Even the Happiest Have Their Moments

Overall, Tyler is a happy baby, but he has his moments. Now, this does not represent his full crying state, because when the camera is in his face, he sort of starts this half-cry, half laughing thing. I believe this one was taken during one of his many fussy evenings... the magic dinner hour. I don't know what it is, but children do have some sort of innate radar for when mommy wants to just collapse in a chair and just get a bite to eat. I've learned to enjoy many a cold, half-eaten dinner due to this behavior during the dinner hour. Unfortunately for me, I have a genetic predisposition to being a slow eater, so I suppose I have gotten used to cold meals. Those moments when I am worn and tired, I know they are just moments in life, part of motherhood. What a high calling God gave us as parents, I just look at Tyler every day and continue to marvel and what we have been given. He is an amazing miracle.
